Five for Friday

Happy Friday my loves!

What does everyone have planned for this wonderful weekend? We have a pretty laid back weekend including dinner at a new Thai restaurant with some friends tonight. This means that I get to partake in my favorite-ever dessert: Sticky rice with mango! I might have to figure out how to make this at home some time since it really is my favorite.

I also have big plans to make some delicious food! I had a recipe idea today that I think is going to be mind-blowing, and I’m super excited to try it out! Keep your eyes peeled because if it’s good it’s obviously getting shared with you, my buddies :) Other things I’m thinking about? Five for Friday!

Cheeseburger Casserole – We seriously loved this casserole and it’s so easy!

Brownie Batter Frozen Yogurt! I am definitely going to be popping the ice cream machine base into the freezer later to make this yummy sounding recipe!

Spinach and Cheese Quinoa Casserole – Sounds so yummy to me!

These tie-dyed cupcakes look AWESOME! Am I brave enough to attempt this?

And because we haven’t had enough sweets already, how about root beer float cupcakes? I would love to try them…so cute plus I adore root beer!

Are you one of those people who seems to get eaten alive by the mosquitoes, while your friends are bite-free? I am! And here’s why! Mosquitoes can smell their dinner (me!) from an impressive 50 meters away!

Tips for hanging out in padangusthasana, aka standing forward bend. I have been doing LOTS of these lately and I have to say, it’s not my favorite. I understand why some people love it, but for me this pose is very uncomfortable and I am always in a rush to pop back out of it. These tips might help!   • I completely get eaten alive by mosquitoes. I’d have a pet bat strapped to me if that would actually help. When I’m in the south, I always change into pants around 4pm. If I don’t, I’m in for it. Miserable!
